Bionic Eye Transplant made at the Michigan Kellogg Eye Center

The first bionic eye transplant was made at the Michigan Kellogg Eye Center after the device was approved by Food and drug administration. The transplant was made in 2014 and was a premiere in the United States. We hope that in the near future a biologic eye transplant could be possible, but meanwhile hope that these “bionic eye” will work.
